A2：There is a possibility that you keyed in incorrect ID and password.
Please check your ID and password again and take note if there are uppercase or lowercase letters.
In addition, this application is currently only provided temporarily to some customers.
This applies to customers whose domain of the login URL on the timecard screen is “s3.kingtime.jp”.
Please understand that customers using other URLs are not currently available.
Q3：Do you charge for using app?
